Started early,

Bohdan started learning business unusually young — earlier than the usual path into entrepreneurship. Not through a classroom, but by being present in real business environments: watching how decisions actually got made, how people were managed, and how operations were run day to day.
That early exposure had a specific starting point: direct, practical mentorship that began from the age of 13.

From the age of 13, Bohdan received direct, practical mentorship from Vyacheslav Marshak, an experienced businessman. It wasn't business theory — it was exposure to how a real business is actually run: how decisions get made under pressure, how people are managed, how day-to-day operations are controlled, and how commercial thinking works in practice rather than on a whiteboard.
That mentorship materially shaped how Bohdan approaches business today. The instinct to stay close to operating detail, to control the mechanics of a business rather than delegate them away, and to think in systems instead of one-off decisions traces back to it — and it's where his first structured business venture came from, well before Star Consulting existed.
The years before
Renzoire.
That mentorship became a business of his own. Star Consulting was a marketing and digital consulting practice Bohdan ran before Renzoire, working with businesses across logistics, education, beauty and retail — plus, per the documented client archive, real estate, construction, automotive and services. Recorded client engagements run from 2019 to 2022.
Running it end to end — strategy, delivery, client relationships, results — is what exposed the actual problem: clients didn't have a marketing problem or a website problem in isolation, they had a systems problem, and a single vendor could only ever fix the visible part of it.

A reset,
not a rebrand.
Star Consulting's operations were interrupted by the war in Ukraine. Rather than try to carry on as if nothing had changed, Bohdan treated the interruption as a genuine stopping point — a reason to rethink not just what to build next, but how the company itself should be structured. What came after that rethink is Renzoire.

to a founder-led company.
From client work to an ecosystem he owns and operates.
The same instinct from the mentorship years — stay close to how a business actually runs, and control the system instead of renting it piece by piece — is why Renzoire looks the way it does. Instead of taking on another round of consulting engagements after the reset, Bohdan began building infrastructure Renzoire could own and operate directly. Renzoire Studio is where that same capability is available to other companies — one accountable partner instead of five vendors, systems built to be owned and operated, not handed off.
Renzoire One, Renzoire Beauty and Renzoire Real Estate are where that capability is being proven as ventures of Renzoire's own. Not every direction is mature yet — each new one is added only once the last is standing on its own.
